it's probably at the resort area but i dont even know how to get to the resort area

eevee is at the mansion u have to answer all of the owners quiestions yes after u beat the eliete 4

2 get in the resort area u need a pokemon that has 10 ribbons

there is another way to get Eevee u need to go to hearthome city and talk to Bebe(the girl in the house next to the pokemon center)
"u need to beat the elite 4

when you beat the elite 4, go to bebe's house in hearthome city with an emty space in your party
