it's one starter pokemon?

You have to evovle it from Riouru(or however u spell it) which u hatch from an Egg given to you on Iron Island

Oh its name is Lioru, that evolves into Lucario during the day when its Happy

You get an egg on iron island from Rilley. Hatch it and you have a Riolou. Evolve that and you have your self a Lucario.

Riley will give you an egg on IRON ISLAND and that egg
will turn into a RIOLOU and it will envolve into
LUCARIO.Trust me I tried it.

first you go to iorn island and then help Riley. have one of your pokemon team spaces empty so that you can get the egg from riley at the end. this egg will be a Riolou. it takes 6000+ steps to get the egg to hatch. then you will get a riolou. I do not know what level it will evolve at. thats the only downside to this message.

almost all of you are write. when it hatches it will be at level 1.to do a quick evolsion go to the day care. then three days later[our days] take it out and do a couple battles it will evole.[but all of them are diffrent so it may be longer]
