How do you get the 2nd ball for 5-6? I am stuck

when you come out of the door go to your right and there will be an arrow above hit it and it will put a stairway above you then go to your left and be dk climb up the vine go right climb stairs and go left and 2nd ball will be ther on the ground but everytime you leave the door to place a ball you will have to do it again
