You learn Dingding when you are in Boo Manor. Go to the cage part where Howdy and Hamataro were trapped and go to the upper right coner and there should be a rope. Use Ham-Lift and it will be pulled down, than go to the other cornor and there is a mirror go inside of it and than you have to play a game by looking into the closets and get your prize. When you look into the closet find a hamster, and than she will be reunited with her boyfriend that is looking for her on the 1st floor
