Go to the field in front of the Hyrule Castle and keep to the right. There is a big wall that does kindstone trading. You have to find that ackward part for the kindstone trade. I haven't found it yet..

After you fuse the sword go talk to she minish in the shoe shop. They will tell you what to do to get the peguses boots to carry you to the place, Castor Wilds & the Wind Ruins . Make sure you learn the dash attack after you get the boots.
