put rare candy in sixth item spot.go to viridian city and talk to old man.say no and when hes done fly to cinnabar.surf up and down on right side of the sea half on land and half on water. you will come across a missingo.run or kill it.then look in the items and the rare candy will hav a wierd symbol.it means uhav over a hundred
