FIRST GET A MEDIUM LEVEL POKEMON AND THEN GO 2 MOUNT PYER GO NEAR THE TOP AND WALK AROUND A BIT AND IT WILL APPEAR WEAKEN IT THEN USE A PREMIER BALL IT WILL CATCH IT FIRST GO GARUANTEED
