This is correct but you must (I mean must!) have a Wireless Adapter to do this.
You go to any mart and fill out the questionaire and write |LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL| and the clerk will notice and want you to save the game and restart it. Under |NEW GAME| you'll find Mystery gift. Ta-da!!!
