i cant get it either i found it but it always run away sombody please tell us where to go

u can get it in gold/silver version just use a fast ball when u incounter legendery dogs or get a wobofet with a ghost tag it will not escape. Hint: Raikau runs 2 west only ant morning; and Entei runs 2 east Night. will this help u?
