Can someone please tell me how to get umbreon i already tried making an evee like me and train it onlevle up between 12pm and 11:59pm.

Trade the Eevee to Pokemon Emerald it defeantly works then because it has nite time and day time

actualy if you get your eevee to like you a lot, trade to certain games, like ruby sapphire or emerald, and POOF! itll start to evolve.
P.S.: i have both espeon and umbreon in pokemon emerald. haha
