regice= a on the braile letters and wait for about 2 min
regirock= go to the middle of the room and 2 times then right 2 times then strength
registeel= og to the of the room and use fly

To finish the pokedex u need to trade with pokemon rubis and saphire cause some pokemon u can have and some u cant.


To beet the battle tower u need to be very good like my big brother he beated the battle tower lv.100 with a swampert,latios,Typlosion I will consider u to use those pokemons to win the battle tower.
