In the mission "a cold reception" I had finish the mission, but I couldn't plant explosive on boat. Can you tell me, if you please, how I can plant it?

Look at the left side of the boat, there is a green object... it is the bomb. Just stand near and press F

kill anyone u see around but dont cross the bridge run all the way back to the boat you crossed the river and drive it all the way back to the ship and go along side the left and youl see an object place a bomb there....simple..
