Go into the directory where you have installed the game. Find the file
"default.cfg" file located in the "\lucasarts\indiana
jones and the emperor's tomb\gamedata\indy" folder. Add the
following line to the file:

cheats:1

This will get you unlimited ammo, health and you
won't need air when swimming
To disable enemy Ai change aiDisabled to
aiDisabled=false
