Okay I got it. This is a little difficult to describe. The first two items are easy, but I will wager your stuck looking for the "Soul Iron Band". Once you are done rescuing Katara return to the village. From the west gate find the old lady who sells herbs. Move north to the cranky guy who had nothing to sell before you returned the tax money. The road bends left and then south and you will find the guy that plays four nations. Take the next eastward bend and you'll see a guy in a hat and a girl standing under an awning. Talk to the guy and get the badge and yeay all 3 set items. The game gives you a friendly little window saying "yes. That was gratuitously obnoxious"
