There are a few hidden ghosts in the game that cannot be seen unless you have your camera drawn, such as the Wanderer's presence in the garden area at the Osaka House. Look for odd distortions in the air that seem to change your appearance slightly when you walk through them. Draw your camera and step back at the appropriate distance to get the ghost to become visible.
