At the beginning of this level, hit the triangle through all of the
slide shows.  It will show you the shrimp guy.  Follow him through all
of the bubbles.  Of course, go the opposite direction of all the
bubbles.  Once you are done dodging all of the bubbles, there will be
another slide show.  It will show you about Mount Wannahockaloogie.  You
can't hit the triangle to get past it, so listen to what they say.  They
mention covering all the holes with rocks.  You will need to do this. 
Hit the square to knock the rocks onto the bubbles.  Keep following
around the ground.  When you see a shaking sign, hit it.  It will give
you a valuable clue.  After you get past the totem poles (by using the
clue) you will need to go up the wall, dodge the fire.  You will find
yourself in front of another fire bubble that you will need to get
through.  To get past this you will need to keep on hitting the lever
until the Submarine guy puts his hand on the hole blocking the fire. 
After that you will need to solve a puzzle.  Once you solve it the other
set of fire bubbles will turn off.  Once you pass through that, it will
show you another slide show that you will need to watch (can't press the
triangle).  You will need to go through all of the fire bubbles...they
are not dangerous ones...here's a hint...always swim through the bubbles
that are about to touch the top.  That's it!
