How do you get the final keyblade Ultima Weapon?

To get the Ultimate Weapon you need to go to the synthesizing shop in Traverse Town. To get the Ultimate Weapon you need to synthesize every item that the Moogles have at least once. There are 24 items i think and once you make them all the Ultimate Weapon will appear on the list and then you need to find the ingrediants to synthesize it. I forget what you need unfortunatley but i can check if you want me too.
