how do you do stage shifts becuase im on sakuras training i could do subsitution jutsus but cant do the stage shifts

just get hit. it only happens when you get hurt badly. but don't get too extreme...cuz then you'll... die. duh

you have to let sakura throw you then itl say stage shift on the screen and press the buttons(at the same time)that it tells you to press.
