go to the elf region and in the swamp, you will find a green orc named jj. ask him for help, and he will ask you to save his freinds who are being held captive by the blood orcs, it will tell you where they are at. after that, go back to jj and he will agree to join you. =) (if you're having problems trying to find out where to go just check ur map and the next destination is usually marked by a blue circle)
