u have 2 1st go 2 b2F an use the valve handle 2 drain the water. Then turn on the power. U gotta go 2 the breaker room an solve the puzzle which unlocks the storage room door. Get the duct tape an use it where the broken pipe is an then use the valve handle again 2 put out the fire.
