stay far away frpm it and stay on the right side of the room.Aim at its head and shoot.

use the magnum revolver, flame spray, molotov cocktails, shotgun, handgun or the pesticide spray an aim for its head.
When it summons the rollin bugs move 2 the right 2 avoid em. stand bhind the 1st pillar 2 avoid its swipe attack.
