how do you get dark shards and what are they? are they those weird dark gems?

dark shards are tiny purple things that you find in the blink mini games and dark gems are big dark crystals that you see outside the mini games. duh!!!

you get dark shards by entering a blink mini game and throwing bombs at them. if you need to get past the green things you have to throw bombs at them too. you will get a gem if you blow him up.
