i'm stuck in coastal remains on one ligtht gem... ( then i have 40 to go to the professor)the one high above the wheel on the beach can anyone tell me how i get it...don't say turn the wheel on please just tell me how or where thanks!!!

you need water breath to turn the wheel on. you get the water breath after you conquer the sea witch in sunken ruins.
