You might need a jetpack for it so you could fly over the gates. I did it and when you look around you will see a light vision goggle thing. Caution: if you fly through the air there will be missles afetr you and you will die.NO ESCAPE Happened to me.

you don't really need the jet pack. just get a car and somewhere along the side closest to your airport/flight school there will be a fence so just ram into it and walla
you can get a cargo bob, barracks, and a patriot
