Make sure that when you hide the bodies of those you have knocked out or
killed that you put them in a secluded or very shadowy area where nobody
walks much.  If you put a body in a shadowy area and a person walks
into/over it they will run for the guards and alert other people,
ruining your chance to pick their pockets.
