Yup it's very easy go to where she is at talk to her then if to many zombies start to crowd the door then just pick up the chairs and place them in between the show cases then break the show cases open for glass and keep throwing glass at them then press B to give her a piggy back ride and just try to stay away from big crowds

i saved her when it was night time :S i ended up in north plaza with her on my back, and at this time i heard about the 2 japanese men, so i went back for them, we ended up stranded outside in the gym with all the weights, i decided to tell the 2 jap people to wait there while i took the women on my back to a safer place, then came back for the 2 men and lets just say they were nearly dead. and i didnt wanna stop the zombies :S lol
