easy, load up as many shot guns & sniper rifles as your can from the hunting shack in the north plaza. (Only use these on the phychopaths, use the 2x4 etc for zombies) find a space free from zombies in the garden about medium distance from the jeep. dont get too close or they will spot your and run you down. pick off the guy on the gun first with the sniper rifle (about 5 good shots) and wound the other 2 as much as your can. if your run out of bullets you can now get closer with the shot gun as the gunner is dead. This should take your about 1-2 minites in total. then use the jeep first and make the most of it by driving it through the maintance tunnel and get a few 1000 kills until it busts. then grap the gun off the back and go find the next physcopath with it ; )

get an smg then take out the geezer on the machine gun and use that against them but make sure sophies saved 1st

this plan is not entirely foolproof but believe me it works.

use the car and ram them head on and it should kill the front two get out and hide bhind a tree 16 (pistol) bullets in the gunners head is what it took me
