how do you save paul when he's on fire i gravb the extiguisher but it wount put him out and where are the 2 hostages he was holdin ?

I don't think u can save him. The 2 chicks he was harrassing are in the door on the left side of the store (looking in).

I don't think you can save Paul

You can so save Paul. First, take a photo of him writhing in pain on the ground. You'll get lots of PP. Then pick up the fire extinguisher. Back up away from him and the hold down the X button until you get a cut scene. If you're too close, you'll just spray past him. Make sure you have some extra food with you and give him some because he'll be almost dead by the time the fire is put out.
