2.get to the high riser from were u start off it (should be right in front of u.)
3.and just shoot her.

stock up on katanas. Jump in the middle of the fountain with no water in it next to the weapons shop and grocery store. She can't get her motorcycle into the fountain. Throw katanas at her until she dies.

get guns from the security guards on the moving walkway coming from wonderland plaza way. the jump up on anything high that she can't ride up on,(i.e. stacks of drywall) and shoot her when she stops. sometime she disappears and you have to chase her, but look out she will come back at you fast so stay close to your perch.

On the left as you leave the supermarket is a pile of plasterboards, stand there and when she drives at you jump over her and nail here with the one handed chain saw (You have to kill adam the clown first but it is possibly the best weapon thats not a gun) It only takes about four hits with the chain saw and you can hit her twice in one go. I used the one handed chain saw for every boss it makes them a lot easier.

u need an smg for this. As soon as the fight started i just ran to my right to a pile of wood (or something) and jumped on top of the pile. Then just head shotted her. When she comes near you she should crash then just shoot the shit out of her.

or alternatively hide in the fountain and pop her with an smg and 2 pistols when she goes round the corner go back to fountain and use the flying dodge
